Tracy, Calif. – Beginning Tuesday, April 5, 2016, pedestrian and vehicular traffic on E. 11th Street will be detoured to a new temporary bridge. The traffic switch will remain in effect through late 2017 until the completion of the new 11th Street bridge.

The bridge detour will consist of one lane in each direction with a speed limit of 25 miles per hour. Temporary traffic control will continue to be used to guide motorists and pedestrians through the construction zone. However, if possible, the City recommends using alternate routes to avoid the construction zone.

Safety is Our Priority!
The City is committed to maintaining access for residents and the traveling public as well as
keeping construction impacts to a minimum. Please be patient and arrange your plans accordingly to allow for possible longer travel times. Obey all traffic controls and drive with
caution through construction zones.
