RIPON - The Ripon PowerPlay Sports Arena, 1043 South Acacia Avenue, will host the AIHL Pacific North Division roller hockey season ending jamboree and the division playoffs. The Jamboree will take place March 26-27, from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., the playoffs will be April 16-17 from 4 p.m. - 10 p.m., with the championship game on April 30, at 4 p.m. All three events will include teams from throughout Northern California, converging in Ripon for the competition.

Both the Ripon Red Tails, defending division champions, and Savage are looking forward to another championship run after two impressive inaugural AIHL seasons. Coach Wayne Taylor stated, "Both our teams have experienced tremendous success this season, and look for that to continue."

Owner Daniel Costa commented, "It is a great honor for us to host the jamboree, playoffs and Championship here at PowerPlay, and attract hockey fans from across Northern California to the Ripon/Modesto area."

The AIHL is considered a premier inline hockey league in the United States. The Championship Cup is awarded annually to the league playoff champion at the end of each season.
