This week’s Focus 52 prompt is all about “my town”.

Show us where you live! Is there something you absolutely love about the place you live? Capture it and show us. Maybe you have a favorite place, favorite store, favorite hangout … take a few minutes this week to grab some photos to share.

for everything

That’s right…this bag is for everything but the kitchen sink. Although, it is roomy enough and strong enough that it might hold a kitchen sink…a small kitchen sink. I might have to stop by a Home Depot and check that out.

I received this beach bag from Simply – Bags, a leading provider of fashion tote bags, from beach bags to diaper bags to cosmetic bags to laptop bags to wine bags…hey, they have wine bags! When I was offered this bag, I was asked what personalization would I like to be embroidered on it. It’s a big roomy, jute bag with thick, knotted handles.....

Holding her own.

Seriously. She’s got this and she made it VERY clear when I tried to feed her. She was much happier when I put her down on the floor, surrounded by her toys, so she could finish the last 5 ounces, burp, roll over and get to playing with her toys....

“It is a hunger-free, effective way of dieting,” Di Pietro said. “Within a few hours and your hunger and appetite go away completely, so patients are actually not hungry at all for the whole 10 days. That’s what is so amazing about this diet....

still Mom the Great and Powerful

still Mom the Great and Powerful

It is always good to know that no matter how old my circus clowns get they still are in worshipful awe of my powerful, amazing Mommy skills.

Yes, I am that good....

her view

her view

This week’s Focus 52 assignment was all about perspective; finding a subject and shooting it from every angle one can think of – up high, down low, from the side, from the back.

Of course any age in the lives of my circus clowns I find to be interesting to observe and enjoy at all angles. Unfortunately the others often protest, shy away, walk away and complain over the intrusion. At nearly five months of age, Fallon can’t so she becomes a very willing subject and so I sit and observe, fascinated with what is a very fascinating stage in her life....

It’s true…I do LOVE my Auntie…but only my FAVORITE Auntie! I love my auntie almost as much as I love applesauce and bananas. By the way, I have LOTS of Aunties…lots!
